Delete your Reader+ account

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@hizlisystem.com from the email address you use to sign in to Reader+, so we can confirm the account is yours.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Reader+ account”. You don't need to give a reason.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email address
• Your name, if you added one
• Your chosen interests
• Your reading progress, completed topics and streak
• Your saved topics and the record of topics you opened

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Copies held in our database provider's routine encrypted backups are removed automatically when those backups expire, within 30 days of deletion.
